Plain-language summary: You are welcome to use BoardBagFees to plan trips, link to our pages, and quote limited portions with attribution. Bulk scraping, cloning the database, or republishing our original research and presentation as a competing commercial dataset is not permitted.
1. Using BoardBagFees
BoardBagFees provides surf-travel research, airline policy summaries, ratings, and traveler reports for informational purposes. Airline rules remain controlling and may change by route, fare, aircraft, operating carrier, and date.
2. Original content and compilation
BoardBagFees claims rights only in material that BoardBagFees creates or lawfully owns, including original writing, graphics, design, code, rating methodology, editorial judgments, and the original selection, coordination, and arrangement of its research compilation. We do not claim ownership of airline rules, airline trademarks, public facts, or third-party material merely because they are referenced here.
3. Permitted use
- Personal travel planning and ordinary browsing.
- Linking to BoardBagFees pages.
- Limited quotation or citation with clear attribution to BoardBagFees, subject to applicable law.
- Normal indexing by search engines that comply with our crawler directives.
4. Prohibited automated and commercial reuse
Except where applicable law provides otherwise or BoardBagFees gives written permission, you may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, agents, or other automated means to systematically extract, mirror, reproduce, or compile a substantial portion of BoardBagFees content or data; bypass technical limits; use our content to create a substitute or competing database; or remove BoardBagFees attribution, copyright notices, or source identifiers from copied material.
5. Traveler reports
By submitting a traveler report, you represent that the report reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to submit it. Reports may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
6. No warranty
BoardBagFees is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that any fee, allowance, size limit, rating, or traveler report is complete or error-free. Verify important details with the operating airline before travel.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
